The formula behind every winner

1. Hook, stop the scroll: an open loop, a jaw-dropping money shot, or a doubt you're about to disprove.

2. Hold, keep them watching: fast 1-second cuts, sped up, or text that pops up line by line.

3. Payoff, close the loop: the slow reveal of the finished piece.

Keep it native: low-fi, like you're talking to a mate. Hook in the first 1 to 2 seconds, show the piece in real life, and tell people "it's in my TikTok Shop, tap the orange cart."

1. The Open Loop (the number one, works every time). Start a sentence and don't finish it, or ask a question you don't answer until the end. Your move: open with a half-sentence about the piece, pay it off with the reveal. Watch (3.5M views)

2. The Money Shot. Open on something people never see: stacks of cash, pink-dyed money, a huge pile being handled. Money stops the scroll on its own. Your move: lead with the most jaw-dropping shot of the piece, not a talking head. Watch (158k views)

3. Prove Them Wrong. Put a doubt in quotes over the product ("it's just a table"), then disprove it. People wait to see the claim flipped. Your move: open with a doubt about the piece, then reveal why it's wrong. Watch (30.4k views)

4. Staggered Speech Bubbles. Text pops up one line at a time, usually a relatable conversation. Each new bubble re-grabs attention and holds you to the end. Your move: frame a relatable back-and-forth over the product, reveal it line by line. Watch (71.5k views)

5. The Build Reveal. Film the making in fast, close-up 1-second cuts that never show the finished piece until the end. They watch the whole thing to see it. Your move: quick cuts of it being made, hide the piece, reveal it framed at the end. Watch (28.2k views)

6. The Slow Reveal. Don't flip it quickly. Turn it slowly, with slow pans and good lighting. The slow turn builds suspense and the pans sell the quality. Your move: reveal it as slowly as you can bear, add a "good or bad?" caption plus a poll. Watch (20k views)
