All cactus members do something for cactus in keeping with their time availability and skills. Some members are professionals working in international cooperation and voluntarily identify, implement or monitor cactus activities in the countries where they work or have worked. Other members work in Italy in the social sector and voluntarily implement cactus projects in their area; the majority of the members cooperate with cactus during their spare time assisting with, for example, fundraising, managing the website, communication initiatives and administration.

Thanks to the voluntary contributions of its members cactus' running costs are minimal!
